NatureWoven™ Gossyp is a digitally-printable natural organic cotton backed with natural latex. The raw materials are natural and biodegradable. Cotton is grown as a cash crop by family farms in developing countries. Organic cotton farming is the cultivation of cotton without using chemical fertislsers, pesticides or genetically modified plants. During the growth period, one hectare of cotton plants absorbs approximately 11 tonnes of CO2 and releases 8 tonnes of oxygen. The substrates can be disposed of by composting to create natural fertilizers to improve soil quality.
